Entries for this award will come from developers who have made a visible impact on residential development in the Midlands.

Judges will be looking for organisations that have developed schemes with a clear strategy and vision, innovation, sustainability and of course the ‘wow’ factor.

It is desirable that the organization has a commitment to ESG and progress toward ESG-related goals and targets.
